He handles all the duties and responsibilities which includes to administer and oversee all Kimberlite business operations, employees and proceedings. Navigating the organisation in the most innovative way. He has led the company through major transformation from a humble beginning to a globally recognised specialty chemical manufacturer. An excellent visionary with business acumen and believe in continuous growth. With the skills and experience of over 30 years in the speciality chemical Industry he has made dreams converting into the reality. From Managing and evaluating the activities of the organisation with employees he provides suggestions / guidance to entire team as and when required.
Active participant in planning and execution of business strategies. His excellence comes in managing agendas for the existing entities as well as for the future projects. His assessment on costs and rewards against the budget for the long term have bought company to its best performance in the specialty chemical business.
His suggestions on the research, innovation, safety protocols on production, material handling, and environment has made company's standing with solid foundation. Ms. Sija, a Post Graduate in Business and Marketing is leading our company's marketing efforts. As she is been successful for last 24 years in International Marketing of various specialty chemicals of Kimberlite, she leads the Marketing in Kimberlite.
Ms. Sija carries Good communication & interpersonal skillswith full of Good Influencing and relationship-building skills, Aggressive, goal oriented, ability to get things done and very good Team player.
She provides guidance to marketing team by evaluating and developing marketing strategies, planning and coordinating marketing efforts, communicating the marketing plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands on the globe.
She works closely with our sales / commercial department to develop the pricing strategy that will help us with the best competitive selling, maximize profits and market share. She is also in charge of organizing company's conferences, sales training, trade shows, and major events product promotional events.
Mr. Shivakumar D.C
General Manager Technical
Shivakumar D.C, General Manager -Technical Post Graduate in Chemistry, he leads the kimberlite products application for various industries such as water, sugar, pulp and paper, mining, leather, power plants, waste water, desalination, fertilizers, rubber, petrochemicals, oil field, chemical manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, ethanol and distilleries, electronics, and many more types of industrial processes. He works together with quality control, product management and supporting to sales & market to maximize the growth and competitiveness through new product introductions and other initiatives.
Shivakumar D.C has been working with kimberlite for more than 22 years his journey started in kimberlite in 1999, he held various positions of increasing responsibility and handled various segments.
Shivakumar D.C having deep understanding of customer problems with technology leadership. The technical service team provides training and expertise that ensures kimberlite customers receive consistent, highly effective results .
Mr.Sanjay.R.Anavatti
General Manager QMS
Mr.Sanjay.R.Anavatti, a Masters in Business Administration, having experienced of 28 years in the QMS, he has been with Kimberlite Chemicals since 2007.
Managing Quality Management System audits, certifications and reporting metrics; Adding accreditations, implementing. Monitoring scheduling of audits, witness audits, issue of certificates, liaison with clients for any issues, Ensuring availability of compliant MSDS and GHS labels for global destinations.
Lead Auditor for external Product certifications Audits &Training, NSF 60, Kosher & Halal, and ISO 9001.
Pesticide Registration Documentation under FIFRA as per USEPA guidelines in consultation with an external agency. And also Worked on REACH Pre-Registration Process Documentation & liaison Trademarks, Copyrights and UN Certificate's.
In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, he also heads the R & D team for the last 10 years his team has given various new products and well as improvements on the running products.
Mr.Umesh TK
General Manager Finance
Mr.Umesh TK, a Post Graduate in Finance with 17 years of experience with Kimberlite Chemicals, he oversees all financial aspects of the Kimberlite business and drive the company's financial strategy and planning.
He is responsible for assessing the financial performance of the company as well as possible risks and investments and He is a reliable professional with broad knowledge to all accounting, financial and business principles. A strategic thinker and effective leader who can make the most profitable decisions.
Drive the financial planning of the company by analyzing its performance and risks and Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent problems,Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system.
Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel (management accountants, internal auditors etc.) and Oversee all audit and internal control operations.
Develop the corporate fundraising strategy and manage relationships with partners and banks, Also Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis.
Mr. Milind Singh
General Manager Operations
Mr. Milind Singh, a Masters in Business Administration, having experience of 32 years of industry experience, has good exposure / knowledge of shop floor practices, manufacturing processes, supply chain and maintenance procedures.
At present managing three manufacturing sites of Kimberlite with his very agile approach to whole manufacturing.
He motivates and mentor all Plant Functional Teams to achieve cycle time and manufacturing targets.
Hands-on ability to de-bottleneck technical / production problems, undertake trouble-shooting of Process / Customer complaints and develop effective Systems using CAPA concepts. Good knowledge of ERP systems, Production Planning & Inventory Management (RM/PM/FG), Exposure and implementation of EHS standards applicable to Plant Operations.
